Duis sed odio sit amet nibh vulputate cursus sit amet mauris morbi accumsan ipsum velit auctor ornare odio.Education Evaluation Center was established by the order No. 392 of the Minister of Education, Culture and Science dated December 31, 2002 in connection with the change in the structure of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, with two staff members to assess the quality of education and provide professional and methodological advice. Today it has been expanded into a professional organization with 38 employees and 4 divisions.
\nThe following activities have been successfully completed nationwide to develop the education quality assessment system. These include:<\/p>\n<\/div>

In 2003-2006<\/h3>

State examination was organized as an external evaluation at the national level.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

<\/div>

In 2003-2004<\/h3>

the \u201cNational Assessment on Mathematics and English language learning performance\u201d was organized.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

<\/div>

In 2004-2005<\/h3>

the \u201cNational Assessment on learning achievement\u201d was organized by the order of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and funded by the Mongolian Educational Cooperation Association.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

In 2006<\/h3>

the Minister of Education, Culture and Science issued Order No. 422 to organize the University Entrance Examination (UEE) at the national level.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

In 2006-2007<\/h3>

EEC has organized TIMMS survey which is conducted in more than 60 countries around the world by the International Organization for Educational Assessment<\/p><\/div><\/div>

In 2007-2008<\/h3>

\u201cNational Assessment on Primary Education Mathematics and Reading Skills\u201d. Was conducted by the order of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, with the World Bank funding.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

In 2010-2011 <\/h3>

team of NUM and MUE professors and secondary school teachers has started to create item bank and today it has been fully implemented and expanded into an \u201cOpen item bank\u2019\u2019 based on digital technology of items of the University Entrance Examination, state examination and national assessment for quality assurances.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

In 2014<\/h3>

in accordance with the Order A \/ 309 of the Minister of Education, Culture and Science, EEC has started to organize the National assessment for quality assurance on sample basis <\/p><\/div><\/div>

In 2014<\/h3>

in accordance with the Resolution No. 37 of the Government of Mongolia, started to organize Mongolian language examination <\/p><\/div><\/div>

In 2014<\/h3>

a \u201cChild Development Survey\u201d was organized at preschool level.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

<\/div>

In 2014<\/h3>

the \u201cAssessment of Higher Education Admission and Graduation Quality Survey\u201d was launched.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

<\/div>

Since 2016<\/h3>

have jointly implemented the \u201cEducation for Sustainable Development\u201d project funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

In 2017<\/h3>

the University Entrance Examination Reporting System \/www.stat.eec.mn\/ was established and introduced.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

In 2017<\/h3>

the National assessment for quality assurance report was delivered electronically.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

<\/div>

In 2019<\/h3>
